About us
LINKSTAR LLC was founded in 2005 in the heart of Ukrainian aircraft engineering — the city of Kyiv. Over 20 years of productive work, the company has progressed from bold ideas to the practical implementation of complex projects both in Ukraine and abroad. Today, our portfolio includes 24 successfully completed projects, ranging from unique simulators to highly sophisticated aviation training systems. Each of our products is a fusion of advanced engineering and cutting-edge technologies, combined with a passion for the sky and deep respect for our customers.
Production Cycle
1. Approval of Technical Requirements
We conduct a detailed analysis of the prospective order, evaluate existing input data, and finalize requirements for the key technical parameters of the future product.
2. Development of Technical Specifications
In collaboration with the client, we develop and approve comprehensive Technical Specifications (TS), which serve as the primary guideline throughout all production stages.
3. Contract Signing
We finalize the draft contract along with relevant annexes and sign the contractual documents.
4. Manufacturing & Preliminary Testing
We procure and manufacture necessary components and software, assemble the hardware, and integrate both licensed and proprietary software. We then perform preliminary testing to ensure compliance with the Technical Specifications and resolve any identified issues.
5. Product Handover & Commissioning
We organize acceptance trials involving client representatives, resolve any issues if found, and sign the acceptance documentation. We provide technical support during the product commissioning and simulator certification process (if required).
6. Warranty & Post-Warranty Service
We provide contractually agreed technical support during the warranty period and offer post-warranty maintenance under a separate agreement.
Our Projects
Flight Simulators
Aircraft and helicopter simulators are built using both real aircraft cockpits and our own high-fidelity replicas. Thanks to our proprietary technology, we accurately reproduce flight models, instrument and system simulations, control loading forces, and sound environments that are as close to reality as possible. We guarantee maximum realism in flight conditions to prevent negative training (formation of false skills) during pilot instruction.
Simulator Restoration & Modernization
A prime example is the deep modernization of the obsolete An-24 Full Flight Simulator for the “Ukraerorukh” Training & Certification Center, upgrading it to An-24/26 and An-32 standards. We replaced the outdated computing unit, installed modern visualization systems, and restored the mechanical components, ensuring compliance with modern requirements for flight crew training equipment.
Entertainment & Museum Projects
We design custom solutions for museums and entertainment centers. The pride of our portfolio is the futuristic starship “Eney,” designed and manufactured in 2019 for the S.P. Korolyov Cosmonautics Museum in Zhytomyr. We create a synergy of the “wow effect” and educational technologies, turning every tour into an exciting journey into the world of knowledge and the future that inspires new discoveries.

Technical FAQ
1. Do your simulators meet certification requirements (FNPT II, FTD)?
Yes, our simulators are developed in compliance with international EASA and ICAO standards. Depending on the configuration, they can be certified as Flight Navigation and Procedures Trainers (FNPT II) or Flight Training Devices (FTD), which allows them to be used for logging official flight hours for cadets and pilots.
2. How accurately is the aircraft aerodynamics replicated?
We use real aerodynamic Data Packages for specific aircraft types. This means that simulator behavior during stalls, spins, engine failures, or crosswinds corresponds 100% to the real aircraft. Fine-tuning is performed by active flight instructors.
3. What visualization system is used?
We install professional spherical or cylindrical screens with a field of view (FOV) of up to 200 degrees. The use of multiple synchronized high-definition projectors and satellite terrain maps creates a full immersion effect, allowing for the practice of visual approaches (VFR) at any airport in the world.
4. What is included in warranty and post-warranty service?
We provide a full support cycle: from installation and training of your personnel to regular software updates and equipment calibration. In the event of a malfunction, our engineers perform diagnostics remotely or visit the site for component replacement to minimize simulator downtime.
